Flight Options Names Vice President, Flight Operations

CLEVELAND (October 19, 2005) - Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractional shares in business aircraft and an affiliate of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), announced today that the company has named Bob Tyler as vice president, flight operations.

“I am proud to welcome Bob as a member of the Flight Options team,” said Michael Scheeringa, chief operating officer, Flight Options, LLC.  “His knowledge of the general aviation industry, proven leadership and vast flying experience made him the ideal candidate for this position.”

Tyler brings with him extensive experience in the areas of crew relations, flight training and Part 91, 135 and 121 operations.  He joins the Flight Options Team from TAG Aviation where he most recently served as vice president, flight operations and standards.  He has also held positions at Japan Airlines, Eastern Air Lines and Flight Sciences International, Inc.  Tyler has flown over 17,000 hours as a crewmember on numerous military and commercial aircraft. He has a JCAB type rating on the Boeing 747 as well as a FAA rating on the Falcon 50. He holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a MBA from Rivier College in New Hampshire.
