Flight Options Names New Chief Financial Officer

CLEVELAND (June 12, 2006) – Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractional shares in business aircraft and a Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), announced today that the company has named Bruce C. Boyle as chief financial officer.

Most recently, Boyle has held positions as CFO for SMART Papers, Wayne-Dalton Corporation and Raytheon Appliances.  Boyle received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University and served as first lieutenant for the United States Army Reserve.
